Good relationships I believe, are rooted in honesty, based on love and full appreciation, one for the other of the parties involved. A warm disposition, being inherently sensitive to the strengths and weaknesses of the other parties involved while maintaining objectivity, is the essence which nurtures and maintains the best relationships.
BAD RELATIONSHIPS.......
Bad relationships are rooted in vice, absence of honesty, love or any appreciation for the reciprocal nature of our actions. As such, egotism being the result, caters only to self serving desires of the basest of natures.
